Every year I make goals, and every year I don't keep them. Bad habits die hard.
This year, I am not making any, or at least not writing them down. Its just way too much pressure.
If I eat an extra slice of cake...? who cares?!
If I decide that all I want to do is lay in bed and watch netflix...? good for me!
If I don't join a gym so I don't waste $30 dollars a month because I don't go..? that's smart!?
All I want to do is make it the best year yet.
read good books.
eat good food.
drink good drinks.
and hang out with my family.
